HOW WE RUN CHALLENGES
We run our challneges more fair than any other program in the nation. We have all participants weigh-in on our state of the art InBody impedance analyzer making points and leaderbboard placement as accurate as possible. 

Your new weigh-in will automatically be compared to your last weigh-in. Then, Fitmanager will compute the points and instantly update the digital leaderboard. You will see your standings and progress right in your Fitmanager profile in the app or in store.

Workouts are up to you. Walk, run, lift... what ever moves you. 
We will help where we can to suggests activities fitting for your goal
About The Nutrition
We have nutrition plans that we can offer you when you join. Also, the Fitmanager app has a meal prep feature that you can subscribe to for added coaching!
About The Results
If you stick with the challenge, you WILL see/feel results. Even if you don't win, the feeling of accomplishment will build your body and confidence.

Points are earned by losing body fat lbs and gaining muscle lbs. You will lose points if you gain fat and/or lose muscle

Step 3...
Come into the shop and complete your initial weigh-in during the weigh-in window. The weigh-in windows are about a week long so plan accordingly! The Fitmanager app will remind you to weigh-in if you allow push notifications and we will shoot you a reminder email. But you can always check the leaderboard in the fitmanager app for all weigh-in dates, rules and instructions
